Welding Flux – High-Performance SAW Flux for Structural and Pressure Applications
ANTECH JL-SJ101 is an agglomerated fluoride-basic submerged arc welding (SAW) flux designed for high-performance welding of structural and pressure-grade steels. With a basicity index of 1.8 and a grain size of 10–60 mesh, this flux ensures stable arc characteristics, excellent slag removal, and superior weld bead appearance. It is compatible with both AC and DC power sources, with the electrode connected to the positive pole when using DC.

- Pre-Weld Preparation: Ensure the welding area is free from rust, oil, and moisture.
- Flux Drying: Bake the flux at 300–350°C for 2 hours before use to eliminate moisture.
- Welding Parameters: Suitable for twin-wire, tandem, and multi-wire SAW processes, as well as two-run techniques.
