The BDS Maschinen SKF 25 is a versatile and portable beveling machine designed for efficient weld seam preparation on both plates and pipes. It offers a continuously adjustable bevel angle ranging from 15° to 60°, allowing for precise customization to meet specific welding requirements. Capable of producing chamfers up to 15 mm (0-19/32 inches) in width, the SKF 25 is suitable for materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and nonferrous metals.
Weighing 22 kg (43 lbs), this machine is designed for manual feed operation, ensuring ease of handling and portability. Its ergonomic handle arrangement and large guide rollers facilitate smooth guidance along the workpiece, resulting in uniformly milled edges ideal for perfect welded seams.
