The BDS Maschinen MAB 155 is an ultra-compact magnetic drilling machine engineered for precision drilling in confined spaces. With a powerful 9.25 Amp (1,050 W) motor, it offers efficient performance for annular cutter diameters up to 1-1/2 inches (35 mm) and a maximum cutting depth of 1-1/2 inches (38 mm). Operating at a consistent 460 RPM, this drill ensures smooth and accurate drilling operations. Measuring only 7-1/8 inches (180 mm) in height and weighing approximately 24 lbs (11 kg), the MAB 155 is designed for optimal maneuverability in tight spaces. Its ratchet-style feed mechanism allows the advancing lever to be mounted on either side, providing versatility and ease of use. The drill accepts cutters with a 3/4-inch (19 mm) Weldon shank and features internal cable routing for enhanced safety and durability. Additional features include an electronic safety sensor that shuts down the drill motor if the magnet loses contact with the material, protecting both the operator and the equipment. The MAB 155 comes complete with a carrying case, safety strap, operating manual, warranty certificate, ratchet handle, pilot/ejector pins, hex keys, and a 3/4-inch Weldon tool holder.
