TIG welding often produces invisible, hazardous particles that standard ventilation cannot capture. The xFUME® TIG torch solves this by capturing fumes directly at the arc. Using a patented combined ceramic protection and extraction nozzle, this torch maintains clear arc visibility while ensuring shielding gas stability.
Whether you are working in high-precision aerospace or medical fabrication, the xFUME TIG provides ergonomic comfort and W3-compliant safety. It integrates seamlessly with high-vacuum units like the FES-200 W3 or xFUME ADVANCED.

How It Works
The secret to the xFUME TIG system lies in the specialized nozzle design. By combining the extraction path with the shielding gas protection, the torch creates a controlled environment where the arc is shielded from atmospheric interference while the welding fumes are pulled away before they can migrate into the welder's breathing zone.
