Product Overview
The KISWEL EF-200K is a premium bonded-type flux designed for submerged arc welding (SAW) paired with matching wires (such as EM12K). Classified under AWS A5.17 F7A(P)6-EM12K, it is engineered for general structural steels, shipbuilding, and pipe manufacturing. The flux provides excellent resistance to porosity caused by rust or primer, outstanding slag detachability, and a smooth, clean bead appearance.

Usage Guidelines & Parameters

• Current Type: Highly optimized for Direct Current Electrode Positive (DC+) or AC configurations depending on the multi-wire / single-wire setup.
