Kiswel KM-350
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
KM-350 Hardfacing Welding Electrode
Special Purpose Electrode for Metal-to-Metal Wear Resistance
Product Overview
The KISWEL KM-350 is a specialized hardfacing electrode designed to combat severe metal-to-metal wear and abrasion. Classified under KS D 7035 (DF2A-350-B) and JIS Z 3251 (DF2A-350-B), it is engineered for applications requiring high surface durability. The deposited weld metal provides excellent resistance against friction, making it ideal for rebuilding and extending the service life of heavy industrial components.

Typical Deposit Characteristics
Standard Sizes & Operating Guidelines
• Available Sizes: Standard diameters typically range from 3.2 mm to 6.0 mm.
• Electrode Redrying: Redry the electrodes at 300~350°C for 60 minutes prior to use to prevent moisture-related defects.
• Preheating: Preheating base metals (typically 100°C–250°C depending on carbon equivalent and thickness) is recommended to prevent cracking on high-stress parts.
