製品概要
KISWEL KM-350は、過酷な金属同士の摩耗や擦り減り（アブレーション）に対処するために設計された、硬化肉盛用溶接棒です。 KS D 7035 (DF2A-350-B)およびJIS Z 3251 (DF2A-350-B)に分類され、高い表面耐久性が求められる用途向けに開発されました。 溶着金属は優れた耐摩耗性を発揮するため、重工業用部品の肉盛補修や長寿命化に最適です。

标准尺寸与操作指南
• 可用尺寸: 标准直径通常在 3.2 mm 到 6.0 mm 之间。
• 电极重新干燥: 使用前请在 300～350°C 下将电极重新干燥 60 分钟，以防止水分相关缺陷。
• 预热: 建议对基材进行预热（通常为 100°C–250°C，具体取决于碳当量和厚度），以防止高应力部件出现裂纹。
