Its specialized right-angle drive allows for 360° maneuverability, enabling operators to reach and expand tubes up to 4 inches (101.6 mm ferrous / 114.5 mm non-ferrous) with ease and precision.

Understanding Right-Angle Expansion
In boiler maintenance, tubes are often located in complex, confined header assemblies where a standard straight-line expander cannot fit. A right-angle drive mechanism redirects the rotational force 90 degrees, allowing the motor to sit outside the tight space while the expander works internally.
