OTC BT5000-30D (3.0M)
OTC BT5000-30Dは、OTCダイヘンの高性能「Blue Torch III (B3)」シリーズに属する、高耐久・空冷式のCO2/MAG/MIG溶接用トーチです。大電流を要する産業用途向けに設計されたこの堅牢な500A対応トーチは、取り回しの良い3.0mのケーブルを採用しており、狭い作業スペースでも最適な操作性を発揮します。型番末尾の「D」は、OTC標準タイプの接続プラグが工場出荷時に装着されていることを示しており、対応するOTCダイヘン製溶接電源にそのまま接続してすぐに使用可能です。

製品の特長
- OTC専用接続: 標準的なOTC溶接機およびワイヤーフィーダーに簡単なプラグアンドプレイ方式で取り付けられるよう、純正タイプのバックエンドアダプターをあらかじめ装備しています。
- 高負荷性能: 最大500Aの高電流による連続作業に対応しながら、優れたアーク安定性と放熱性能を維持します。
- 人間工学に基づいた設計: 長時間の重工業用製造作業でも、オペレーターの疲労を軽減し快適に作業できるよう設計されたグリップを採用しています。
- 熱管理: 特殊な耐熱ハンドルと堅牢な内部構造により、過酷な使用環境でもグリップの温度上昇を抑えます。
- スムーズなワイヤ送給: 最適化された内部ライナーと接合部のスプリングサポートにより、ワイヤ送給抵抗を最小限に抑え、ワイヤの引っ掛かりやバードネスティングを防止します。
