The ABICOR BINZEL xFUME® TIG
torch is purpose-built for TIG welding applications where even minimal visible smoke masks dangerous invisible particles. Whether you’re welding stainless steel, aluminum, or high-alloy materials, this innovative torch protects welders by capturing fumes directly at the arc.

A patented combined ceramic protection and extraction nozzle ensures arc visibility and shielding gas stability, while the proven ABITIG® wear part system simplifies maintenance and parts logistics. The torch seamlessly integrates with high-vacuum mobile extraction units such as the FES-200 W3 and FEC W3, as well as the xFUME ADVANCED, allowing captured fumes to be filtered (W3-class) and clean air returned safely to the workplace.
