Technical specification

ABICOR BINZEL Ceramic Spray is a premium anti-spatter spray engineered for high-performance MIG/MAG welding operations.

ABICOR BINZEL Ceramic Spray is a premium anti-spatter solution engineered for high-performance MIG/MAG welding applications. Formulated with boron nitride ceramic particles, this spray creates a durable, high-temperature-resistant layer that protects the gas nozzle, contact tip, and diffuser from weld spatter adhesion.

Capable of withstanding to 1,400 °C (2,552 °F), the coating ensures longer torch life, minimizes downtime, and improves productivity—especially in heavy-duty, high-amperage, and automated welding setups. Widely used in robotic welding, fabrication, shipbuilding, and automotive manufacturing.

The spray dries in less than 5 seconds, allowing the welder to resume operation quickly. Once applied, it provides up to 6 hours of continuous protection, significantly reducing the need for frequent cleaning or reapplication.

Unlike conventional sprays, BINZEL’s formula is silicone-free and non-flammable, making it safe for enclosed spaces and post-welding operations like painting or coating. The optional Ceramic Precision Cap ensures targeted application, minimizing overspray and maximizing efficiency.

Whether used manually or in robotic systems, this anti-spatter ceramic spray helps reduce wear on consumables, lowers operational costs, and ensures clean, consistent welds every time.
