The ABICOR BINZEL xFUME® PRO HD (Heavy Duty) represents the pinnacle of fume extraction torches designed for high-current MIG/MAG welding on thick materials. Building on the acclaimed xFUME® PRO series, the PRO HD introduces heavy-duty enhancements to meet the demands of prolonged, high-temperature welding.
Built for Industrial Strength
Unlike its predecessors, the PRO HD includes a steel extraction nozzle, HD-rated gas nozzle, and a reinforced power cable—making it more resistant to heat, impact, and wear. Improved ball-joint mount, trigger seal, and bend protection further enhance durability in rugged environments.

Available in two variants – xFUME® PRO 36 HD (air-cooled) and xFUME® PRO 501 HD (water-cooled) – these torches support heavy-duty welding capacities:

Designed under EN 60974-7 standards, PRO HD ensures reliable shielding gas distribution with optimized fume capture through a high-flow, high-vacuum nozzle.
Source-Level Fume Control
The rugged steel nozzle and reinforced front-end maintain consistent extraction even at high currents and thermal load. PRO HD is compatible with ABICOR BINZEL vacuum systems, including xFUME® ADVANCED, FES‑200 W3, and FEC W3, for source-level extraction efficiency up to 99%.
Safety & Maintenance
PRO HD’s enhanced design extends service life and reduces maintenance frequency. Standard wear parts match the xFUME® PRO series—HD components are backward compatible, simplifying parts logistics.
