The ABICOR BINZEL xFUME® PRO 501 is a water-cooled, heavy-duty fume extraction torch designed for high-amperage manual MIG/MAG welding. As the top model in the xFUME® PRO series, it delivers exceptional performance—handling up to 500 A with CO₂ and 450 A with mixed gas (M21) at a 100% duty cycle—while maintaining ergonomic efficiency and exceptional fume capture at the welding arc.
Rugged & Efficient Design
Featuring water cooling, the PRO 501’s internal components remain cool during continuous, high-current welding. It includes a rubberized ergonomic handle, ball-joint cable connection, and protective hose cover to minimize fatigue and improve handling
High Flow Extraction
A redesigned front end—short nozzle, 50° neck bend, slim tapered shroud—enhances fume extraction without compromising shielding gas coverage. It’s compatible with Ø 28 mm high-vacuum hoses and units like xFUME ADVANCED, FES‑200 W3, and FEC W3, capturing up to 99% of welding fumes
