The OTC WELBEE P402L (also known as WB‑P402L or Welbee II P400L) is a high-performance multi-process inverter welding machine, expertly engineered for demanding industrial and production welding applications. Its advanced capabilities make it a versatile tool for welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using CO₂ or Ar-CO₂ shielding gas.
At its core is a robust 30–400 A output range, delivering smooth, consistent welding performance. It offers DC/DC pulse wave technology, which ensures deep penetration while maintaining low spatter, and the CBT‑EX (Controlled Bridge Transfer) mode — reducing spatter by up to 80% at 200 A and 60% at 200 A in MAG, resulting in cleaner welds with minimal cleanup.
Built for industrial duty, the unit supports continuous operation (100% duty cycle) at high current levels. It incorporates an air-side cooling design, durable components, and a solid metal chassis, ensuring reliable performance in harsh workshop environments.
